Privacy notice
Who we are
Millinord is the trading name of Universal Spirit Savvy Journey ApS, CVR 44946807, registered at Allégade 10a, 3000 Helsingør, Denmark. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
For questions about your data, write to contact@millinord.com.
What we collect, and why
When you write to us
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, the subject you selected, and the content of your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box.
When you become a client
If you book a session, course or engagement, we additionally process the information needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — name, contact details, invoice details, and any information you choose to share during sessions. Notes from sessions are kept securely and only by the practitioner.
Bookkeeping
Once an invoice is issued, Danish bookkeeping law (Bogføringsloven) requires us to keep accounting records for five years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction occurred. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation.
Cookies & analytics
Cookie consent on this site is managed by Cookiebot. See our cookie policy for full details, including the up-to-date declaration of every cookie set on the site.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages — for as long as the conversation is active, and up to 12 months thereafter.
- Client records — for as long as you are an active client, plus the periods required by Danish bookkeeping law.
- Accounting data — 5 years from the end of the financial year.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where we must to deliver the service, and only with processors bound by a data processing agreement. This includes our hosting provider, our email provider, our consent provider (Cookiebot by Usercentrics), and our accountant. We never sell your data, and we never use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA. If a sub-processor ever transfers data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer will be covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased (subject to bookkeeping requirements)
- Restrict or object to the processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@millinord.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
